NOTE: Starting November - only those that will have enough matches to qualify are listed. Those with more than 9 matches, the lowest finish has been dropped in the calculation. Points are based on the highest 9 finishes.
Lake County Pistoleros points are awarded to the top 15 of each match. The points are 15 for finishing as Top Gun (1st Place) and points then are awarded on a descending order through 15th place. An additional point is awarded for a clean match. Shooters must shoot a minimum of 9 matches from April through February to qualify for the final top Pistolero award. Those that finish in the top ten will receive a special annual award. At the end of the year should there be a tie for "Top Gun" the tie breaker will be as follows: The shooter with the most "Top Gun" first place finishes during the year. Should there still be a tie, the next tie breaker will be the one with the most clean matches.
